My attempt at Abby Cadabby

So after many attempts, this is the punch art Abby Cadabby (from Sesame Street) that I came up with. It’s not perfect but my girls knew immediately who it was supposed to be so I’m happy with that. Now I just need to work on Big Bird.

I also decoratedĀ a couple of check book covers and I like the way they turned out. If only I’d realized how easy it was to do, I could have made one for myself long ago.

Stamp Set – Of the earth

Cardstock - Very Vanilla, Close to Cocoa, Ruby Red

Inks – Close to Cocoa, Ruby Red, More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie, Really Rust

Accessories – Scallop circle punch

For the second one, I embossed the butterfly from the retired hostess set, God’s beauty, and then cut it out and put it onto the DP as a background. I really love this paper!

Nice job on recreating Abby Cadabby with punches; very cute! I have a few covers I have created, but I did more with designer paper instead of stamps. I might have to use my favorite stamps to create another.
